It’s equally suited for managers tracking employee training, tutors monitoring students, or parents watching children’s progress. The role name can be understood as “supervisor” in any context.

Yes. A single parent account can be linked to any number of children. The dashboard includes a dropdown to switch between them. Each child’s data is completely separate and secure — parents can only see their own assigned children.

Yes. If the parent is enrolled in a course, they can assign it directly to any of their linked children from the dashboard. The child is automatically enrolled and the enrollment is tracked as a parent-assigned source.

The enrollment sync system automatically handles this. When a parent loses access to a course, any children who were enrolled through that parent will also have their access revoked. If the parent regains access later, children are automatically re-enrolled. Individual purchases by the child themselves are never affected.

You control this completely. Three options: require admin approval for every request, enable auto-grant so anyone can become a parent instantly, or set up a domain whitelist to auto-approve specific email domains (great for corporate setups like @company.org). Admins can also manually assign the role.
